I offer counselling services for athletes, coaches, and young people navigating the unique challenges of sport and life. With a Master of Counselling Studies and over 20 years of experience in sport—from grassroots to high performance—I understand the pressures, expectations, and transitions that come with sport.

  • Injury, burnout, and transitions

  • Relationship stress and conflict resolution

I offer a calm, person-centred approach that prioritises safety, trust, and collaboration. Together, we set the pace and focus of each session, working toward meaningful goals in a way that feels manageable and empowering.

I’m trained in a range of evidence-based modalities, including:

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

  • Narrative Therapy

  • Solution-Focused Therapy

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
