I offer counselling services for athletes, coaches, and young people navigating the unique challenges of sport and life. With a Master of Counselling Studies and over 20 years of experience in sport—from grassroots to high performance—I understand the pressures, expectations, and transitions that come with sport.

I offer a calm, person-centred approach that prioritises safety, trust, and collaboration. Together, we set the pace and focus of each session, working toward meaningful goals in a way that feels manageable and empowering.

Counselling sessions are available in person or online. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and cultures, and tailor each session to meet your unique needs.

I hold a Master of Counselling Studies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (Counselling and Guidance) from Massey University.
I also have a Graduate Diploma in Teaching (Secondary) from University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation (Exercise Science) from Auckland University of Technology.
